Order Processing

Orders received by wisefind Store are given immediate attention. We prepare and pack all orders within 1–2 business days, counted Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress at every stage.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

A range of shipping speeds is available so you can choose what works best for you. Delivery timeframes below begin once your order has left our warehouse.

International Shipping

wisefind Store also delivers to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries. Orders shipped internationally usually arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not reflected in the item price or shipping fee.

Order Tracking

We are committed to keeping you informed. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If your tracking information has not updated within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team so we can look into it for you.

Address Changes

To request a shipping address update, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. We will make every effort to honor changes requested after that time, but once an order has entered processing, we cannot promise that the address can still be adjusted.
